Safeguarding Adults

Overview

Our Safeguarding Adults courses teaches participants how to protect a person's health, wellbeing and human rights - ultimately enabling them to live a life that's free from harm, abuse and neglect.

Housing staff have a key safeguarding role to play, alongside their colleagues in social care, health and the police.  They are well placed to identify people with care and support needs, share information and work with others in coordinating a response.  This course will enable them to do this effectively.
