THE EMPLOYABILITY TRAINING PROGRAMME
In 2010 Adullam Homes Housing Association recognised that residents were moving on into independent living still remained reliant on benefits due to the barriers they were faced with when entering the job market.
Adullam Social Enterprises committed to tackling this issue head on by making a decision to work with Adullam Homes service users to help them into employment. The association also committed to providing paid employment to their residents and service users rather than outsource services, something we still do through ASE Recruitment.
KNOWLEDGE, PRACTICAL SKILLS AND RECOGNISED
We called our endevour The Moore Programme after Adullam’s founder Walter Moore.
This employability programme offers tailored support and sector based skill development through bespoke training. What this means is that we will help you to gain the practical skills, knowledge and recognised qualifications to get the career you want.
Our approach includes online training through our fantastic and easy to use Learning Management System, classroom based training and work placement support. On completion of the programme, learners will have the option to sign up to ASE Recruitment where they will able to enjoy paid employment.
