I have been with Adullam for over 10 years, setting up the Associations first Social Enterprise. I have a wide range of experiences which have all contributed to the Development of Social Enterprises which include Recruitment Consultant, Qualified Trainer, Project / Operations Management, and Business Development. My initial focus was developing in-house staffing and training solutions by setting up a Recruitment Agency and a Training Department.
Sinead Hart - Recruitment Consultant
I am a graduate from Liverpool John Moores University with a degree in Law and I am a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals with a Certificate in Recruitment Practice. I manage the Social Enterprise Recruitment Service and have been with Adullam for over 4 years. I am passionate about recruitment and bring a fun and friendly personality that thrives on matching workers to their perfect roles and meeting our client’s needs.
David Clements - Moore Programme Trainer
I have Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills status (QTLS) and more than 8 years’ experience of producing, delivering and assessing a wide range of high quality nationally recognised training courses. With a flexible, empathetic approach to the needs of learners, I utilise a variety of inclusive teaching and assessment methods to support personal growth and independence..
Joanne Brown - Recruitment Assistant
I have worked in Supported Housing Services for over 15 years, having completed a Diploma in Supported Housing Studies. Having previously worked for Adullam Homes, I returned as a relief worker 3 years ago to cover ad-hoc shifts across all of their Supported Housing Projects in Liverpool. Just over a year ago I began my recruitment role for Adullam Social Enterprises - something that I thoroughly enjoy. The position has given me a great understanding of service sector requirements and recruitment needs, and my experience as a relief worker means I am in a unique position to identify the right skills and experiences for each individual project.
Allison Bromley - Receptionist and Conference Management
I am an experienced administrator having worked in a variety of roles within public service broadcasting, event management and voluntary services. I work front of house at Beech House Conferencing Facility, managing the conference bookings and facilities on site. I am customer focused - you can expect events to run smoothly with the careful planning and attention to detail that I am known for. I have a 'happy to help' attitude and gain satisfaction when customer's expectations are exceeded.
Sharon Knight - Recycling Workshop Coordinator
My name is Sharon Knight and I have worked for Adullam Homes since 2007. I joined Adullam Social Enterprises in April 2017 as the recycling workshop coordinator, a new venture that provides a creative outlet for Adullam residents and volunteers from the wider community. We create unique products from donated materials which we then sell in order to reinvest and support the growth of this new and exciting opportunity.
