Training and Development
In addition to providing training to residents and service users across communities, we also deliver a wide range of training to third sector organisations, which support us in generating an income alongside the Recruitment Agency which supports us in achieving our mission.
Having worked and trained in the third sector working with large Housing Associations and Supported housing providers who work with Vulnerable Adults and Young persons, we have develop a portfolio of training which is sector specific based on years of experience.
Training for your residents and service users.
In addition to our Employability and life skills training we deliver across communities; we have also developed the following training:

- Work and Volunteering preparation
- IT skills
We also cater for learners who first language is not English through our online learning management system, which means learners are able to undertake courses in their chosen language. This means our training is more inclusive as well as supports those learners who have mobility issues, or who prefer to do online learning at their own pace and place as appose to training in group settings in specific locations.
Corporate and Staff training
As we have worked in the Supported Housing sector for many years, working and supporting both staff, residents and clients we have adapted and tailored our training according to sector requirements. We provide a number of corporate training subjects to organisations to support their staff’s personal development and wellbeing. Our training is delivered both in person or on Teams whichever is preferred.

Peer Mentoring Programme Success
Following delivery of one of our Peer mentoring programmes in Sheffield, A Graduation Ceremony was held for everyone who achieved their accredited certification for undertaking the Peer Mentoring Programme.
Some participants went onto further education following the graduation
