Our Pathways Into Employment programme is designed to support people who are unemployed, economically inactive, or facing barriers to work.

From Volunteering to Sustainable Employment
Step 1 – Engagement & Assessment
We work with individuals to understand their aspirations, strengths, skills, and any barriers they may be experiencing.
Step 2 – Volunteering Opportunities
Participants gain valuable experience, confidence, and workplace skills through meaningful volunteering placements.
Step 3 – Employability Support
Individuals receive tailored support to prepare them for the workplace, including CV development, interview preparation, job searching, and confidence building.
Step 4 – Adullam Social Enterprises Recruitment
Through our dedicated in-house recruitment agency, Adullam Social Enterprises Recruitment, participants can access employment opportunities with local and national employers.
We support candidates throughout the recruitment process and work closely with employers to identify suitable vacancies and workforce opportunities.
Step 5 – Sustainable Employment
Participants move into paid employment with ongoing support where required to help them maintain and progress within their roles.
